Today the eight players that turned up played their part in a comfortable victory. We attacked their goals constantly, eventually Nico opened the scoring with a superb strike. We then made change after a chance
with their keeper, making a good number of good saves.
Kalib Connely was fouwled in box, he got to his feet placed the ball down struck in the bottom left corner.( super penalty).Then Maxwell popped up to turn the ball into the net making it 3-0.
In the second half we started brightly and soon scored again. Nico crossed the ball in from the right hand side after some good work into the box,Max chipped it over the keeper as he dived at his feet 4-0. Then Charlie Jones got the ball deep in ou half and carried it forward to the box, where he was tackled and the ball fell to kalib whot took it around the players and drilled it home 5-0.
After a few lapses in concentration we conceded two goals,this due to every one pushing up to try and grab a goal. We pushed on again, Nico broke free down the right he looked up and hit a gre,at ball across the goal where max hit it, it struck the bar bounced down on the lineand Max slid in and turned it over the line2-6. Charlie then shot and the keeper saved it with Curtis turning it over the line good goal Curtis. 2-7.
George Lodge- Made some top class saves,good handling and good kicking. excellent.
Patrick Iverson- Great positioning, good tackling and surging runs great game
Daniel Yates- Superb defending,excellent tackling, super overall performance
Charlie Jones-Superb tackling throughout great stamina never stopped running covered every blade of grass. excellent game
Kalib Connelly-Back to his best,taking players on and causing problems for them.superb game
Nico Ceraldi- Great right wing performance,scoring and creating a number of goals and chances .excellent game
Maxwell Ellison- Good passing, good movement ,right place at the right time. superb game
Curtis Wakefeild- Best performance in a Rangers shirt, great goal,unlucky not to get more .excellent game
Today we kept our shape and won the battle in midfeild, with that we pushedon and scored goals.We have now beaten every team bar two in our league, proving we can compete with the best. looking how far we have come ,the future is looking bright.
