Today we faced Feniscowles,who have always had the upper hand in past seasons,so we were expecting another tough match. The boys were up for it from the start getting in their faces and playin somd good passing football. It wasn't long til we got the break through. After a good run down the wing by Toby Meadowcroft he put a perfect cross into the box on his weaker foot which just skimmed Henri Bucks head and was met at the back post by Cameron Aspinall who picked out the top corner. We went in 1-0 at half time. The second half carried on the same with Astin Bibby going on a good run,found Cameron again in space who put a cross into the front post which Henri Buck met to put over the line. An excellent performance today boys you made a top side look very average. Cameron Aspinall had an excellent game as well who well deserved my man of the match. Also we want to wish Jason
Aldcroft a speedy recovery after fracturing his wrist over the weekend. |
