This was our first game of the season with all our new squad playing together with our existing players for the first time and its already looking like we are in for one hell of a season.My lads were to a man superb tonight and i will sleep a happy man tonight.we went down to a great free kick in the first 5 minutes.we did struggle to get going after that for a while and then we got our break,our lone forward Aaron Jones was put through by Sam Fielding who put a shot in that their keeper should have saved but the shot evaded him and we were level.Ten minutes later we were infront a slick move was finished off by Abu and then Aaron had another good chance and we went in at the break 3 - 1 up.All the lads were buzzing and half time and they were beginning to enjoy and express themselves.we soon got our fourth when the ball fell kindly to Luke Shannon in the box and he finished it off easily,Abu got his second soon after and Aaron Jones completed his hatrick when he forced the goalie to make an error to give us an excellent start to the season.Abu was given the man of the match award but i cannot single anybody out as they were all superb..
